Syd Condrashoff

(Ranch Manager, Trainer and Equine Facilitated Healing practitioner)

My name is Syd and I am an Equus Coach, Intuitive Medicine Practitioner, Master Facilitator, Horse Trainer and Intuitive Horse listener. I have spent my life dedicated to the learning, training and deepening of partnerships with both horse and rider, focusing on guiding both to a deeper understanding and safety within this sacred partnership. My past work with horses have consisted of managing ranches, offering 1:1 Equine facilitated coaching and training horses with significant behavioral issues. I mostly was working with those equines that have been highly misunderstood or experienced significant trauma.

My focus is a unique blend of both guiding the horse and human towards a deeper understanding of the individual work as-well as approachable techniques to nurture lasting change together. I have been leading retreats the past 8 years to help individuals get unstuck, reconnect to their intuition, and begin to live, manifest and create authentically alongside the horse. This opportunity to create and support this wonderful ranch and community is a dream come true, I truly am honored to be here to steward this beautiful space with you!

Ryan Condrashoff

(Facility Manager)

My name is Ryan, the onsite Ranch Husband and support to my lovely wife. As a former pro downhill bike racer, ranching and horses were never in my aspirations of where I saw myself ending up. However, it is truly the life and passion I have always wanted to feel and I love every day I get to be apart of it!

The last 10 years I have been by my wife’s side assisting and emerging myself in what is possible when partnering and caring for horses. Those experiences usually consisted of me getting on training horses and caring for our own personal herd but in the process of it all I feel it has taught me more about myself and caring for a greater vision and community. I am thrilled to support the ranch and I cannot wait to share this special place with you all!
